Sinker EDM machining
Because some parts can be too complex to be produced by a machining centre, we have two sinker EDM machines that allow us to use electric spark technology to achieve geometric parameters that would be impossible using standard methods.

Mold Design
- Each project is carefully assessed to
determine its complexity and feasibility. Following this technical analysis,
the part is optimized in partnership with the client to facilitate the molding
process and reduce production costs. Next, the mold is designed using powerful 3D
CAD software. We collaborate closely with clients throughout the process to
ensure that the final mold will align perfectly with their needs and
expectations.

Modifications and Repair
To provide our clients with a complete quality service experience, we also offer repairs or modifications to molds of all sorts. Whether it be a simple dimensional adjustment or a more complex adjustment to the geometry of a part, we perform these tasks with the same level of skill and precision that we apply to the initial manufacture of our molds—all within the best time frame possible to accommodate the needs of our clients. We even repair and modify molds that were originally manufactured by other companies.
